High risk car loans

High risk car loans
High risk car loans are loans which are considered as risky by the lenders because of the terms of the loan or because of the background of the borrowers. Let us explore a few possibilities. The first type of high risk car loans would be unsecured loans. As some of us might be knowing, unsecured loans are given out without any collateral being pledged. In case of secured loans, the borrower pledges collateral against the loan amount. This can be either assets that they have or important financial documents. Even the car that they are buying can be put as collateral. For the lenders, this is substantially less risky as in case of a default by the borrowers in repayment, the lenders can take repossession of the collateral to recover the loan outstanding. Since unsecured loans do not have any such backup, unsecured loans are considered as high risk car loans. Lenders are much stricter while issuing unsecured loans. A proper scrutiny of credit records, the financial situation of the borrower, the income statements and proof of employment are done before an approval is given. The second type of high risk car loans is those given to people with bad credit. In the past, people with bad credit used to find it very difficult to get loans. The situation is much better now with many lenders willing to offer loans to people with bad credit. Mostly secured car loans are given to such type of people. A car loan can be a great opportunity for people with bad credit to improve their credit rating by timely repayment of loans. So one must be very careful that the monthly payments are done timely and any default would impact the credit score badly and would seriously hamper chances of getting loans in the future. However, since these people have bad credit rating, lenders consider their chances of default as more then normal. That is why this comes under the high risk car loans category and more interest rate is charged for it. The third type of high risk car loans would be car loans given to people who have applied for bankruptcy in the recent past. Bankruptcy filing remains on the credit score for a period of seven years. So if you have filed for bankruptcy in the past seven years, it severely impacts your chances of getting a car loan. However, bankruptcy car loans have been designed specially for these people. The lenders consider them as high risk car loans and thus charge higher interest rates than usual. Also, to be considered, the lender evaluates the person during his post bankruptcy period and checks if he/she has taken financially sound decisions during this period. If the lender feels that the person is on his/her way to recovery, it will extend the loan. Lenders have entered the high risk car loans market because of the competition and the same competition is driving the rates for high risk car loans lower. Thus, people with bad credit or bankruptcy filing, don’t worry. Things are looking brighter.

Report identity theft
Personal information or data is only reserved exclusively for the accessibility of the owner. In simpler terms, it is wrong for any other person except the owner of such information to obtain and or use such information without prior notice and authority from the owner. Despite this being the case, many a times personal information of people is obtained and used by others without the authority of the owner. Normally, such information is used at the expense of the owner, especially financial wise. This is a criminal act punishable by law and is referred to as identity theft. In many countries, identity theft has been classified as aggravated criminal offence which carries heavy penalties. It is a fact that it is not easy to detect identity theft and normally a victim of identity theft can go for years without realizing it. The danger of this crime as far as the victim is concerned is that besides suffering financial loss and any other kind of loss, the victim may be held responsible for the criminal acts of the fraudster. However, with the introduction of legislation in regard to identity theft, the interests of the victim of identity theft have been well safeguarded. Upon realizing that identity theft has been committed, the first step that a victim of identity theft is required to take is to inform the relevant authorities. In case of bank cards for instance, informing the management of the bank or the financial institutions will help a great deal in preventing further damage. The management of the bank will freeze the bank accounts to prevent any further transactions by the fraudster. Having been classified as a crime, it means that victims of identity theft are given legal protection by the law and this means that they have a remedy under the law. This means that victims of identity theft are required to lodge complaints with the relevant authorities. There is great importance in reporting cases of identity theft as it is the only sure way of recovering money lost through identity fraud. Again, by reporting, the authorities are put on alert of existence of a fraudster and on launching investigations, such people may be finally apprehended. Reporting an identity theft can be done in a number of ways. Besides reporting to the authorities, making a fraud alert on a credit report is also important as it is a sufficient notice especially to financial institutions. It is of utmost importance for a victim of identity theft to report to the relevant authorities as soon as he discovers that an act of identity fraud has been committed.

Immigration green card

Immigration green card
Having an immigration Green Card, allows the cardholder to stay and work permanently in the United States of America. In order to obtain an immigration Green Card, one must not only file the pertinent forms, but also pay all required fees. Of course if someone has never applied for an immigration Green Card, they probably have no idea that, besides completing all forms and paying fees, one must also have an official background check, medical exam by an immigration authorized civil surgeon, fingerprints must also be done, and of course pictures taken, such as the ones taken for a passport. Most of the requirements that have to be met to obtain an immigration Green Card, such as the physical and background check must be done by an official, and approved by immigration professional. It is always best to get an official listing of pre-approved places and professionals before wasting money in places on documents that immigration may not accept as official. Some, or all fees charged to obtain an immigration Green Card may be waived. To do so, one must meet all eligibility requirements and procedures. Anyone who has been privileged enough to be awarded an immigration Green Card, should by law, carry it with them at all times. Failure to do so will constitute a misdemeanor, which is punishable by law. The permanent Resident Card is legally known as form I-551 and the renewal form is the I-90. By law, the immigration Green Card should be renewed every ten years. If someone is out of the country and his or her card has expired prior to re-entry, then before filing out a Green Card renewal form or even attempting to re-enter the country, one must first contact a port of entry, American consulate or USCIS office. If your immigration Green Card expires within the next six months or during the six months of re-entry, then Green Card renewal form should be filed immediately upon returning to the United States. There is always a chance that a renewal for the immigration Green Card may be denied and if so, it is always advisable that one obtains legal representation immediately. However, if the circumstances or situation that were the cause of denial have changed, one always has the option to file a motion to re-open or reconsider. This would also apply if the denial was based on an incorrect application, immigration laws and or policies. Detailed information and or documents must be provided by applicant with their motion to re-open or reconsider. It is however extremely important to point out that negative decisions cannot be appealed.
